By making a payment to Chart Shastra (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our cohort-based programs and digital content, all purchases made on Chart Shastra are non-refundable.

This includes:

• One-time full course fees

• Partial or advance payments

• Missed or unattended sessions

• Early withdrawal or mid-program dropout
  
  

We allocate resources, reserve limited seats, and structure live interactions based on your commitment at the time of enrollment. Your payment ensures a seat in a scheduled cohort and access to proprietary learning material. Thus, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, unless explicitly stated otherwise by our team in writing.

Cancellations Before Cohort Start

If you have enrolled but are unable to attend before the batch begins, you may be eligible to defer your enrollment to a future batch, subject to availability and written approval.

Note:

• Requests must be made at least 5 working days prior to cohort start date

• Deferrals are valid for 1 upcoming cohort only

• No deferral or refund is allowed once the cohort starts

Payment Gateway & Technical Charges

All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms like Razorpay. In case of a duplicate charge or payment error, please contact us within 3 working days. Upon verification, the incorrect charge will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note:

• Razorpay’s transaction charges are non-refundable

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party systems
  
  

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after accessing any part of the course will be treated as a breach of this policy and fraud attempt. We reserve the right to:

• Ban the user permanently from all current and future Chart Shastra programs

• Take appropriate legal action

• Submit evidence of enrollment, access, and usage to the payment processor to contest the chargeback
  
  

Exceptional Situations

In rare, documented cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we may review refund or deferment requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents will be required. Decision made by Chart Shastra in such cases will be final and binding.

Digital Content Access

Once you have accessed any course material, recordings, or tools provided by Chart Shastra, you are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund under any reason, including but not limited to:

• Personal dissatisfaction

• Time constraints

• Change of mind

• “Not what I expected” scenarios
